In 1926 this 17-story Chicago-style skyscraper was constructed during the rapid growth of the Florida Boom as office buildings and was formerly knows as The Lynch Building.
Today the façades on Main and Forsyth Streets are highlighted with polychromatic terra-cotta panels, with the exception of alterations on the street level façade, the exterior and lobby of the building retains its original 1926 appearance.
Renovations include 127 units, fitness center, conference room, community room with kitchen and billiard tables, 4,500 square feet of retail space, and an adjacent 6-story pre-cast concrete parking structure.
Construction Cost 16.2 million.
