The Carling
Originally constructed in 1925 during the Great Florida Land Boom, The Carling was the premier hotel of its time, boasting running water and ice makers in every room. Renamed in 1937 to The Roosevelt Hotel, it operated under that name until it closed.
While maintaining the building’s historic integrity, the renovations included updated the building’s elevators & stairwells, electrical, plumbing, & HVAC systems.
Restored to its original grandeur, the 14-story building now includes 100 units, fitness center, media room, community room, 15,000 square feet of retail commercial space, and an adjacent 5-story 237 space parking garage.
Construction Cost 21.1 million.
