In 1995, Vestcor started a construction division to provide design-build and renovation services for associated partners and third-party clients. Completed projects include historical renovations, apartment communities, and residential condominiums.

Since inception, our construction division has built over 9,400 units, including more than 1,200 condominium and 8,100 apartment units.
