Jennifer Hoover is responsible for the development and operation of JDR Realty, Inc., a residential real estate brokerage business committed to providing comprehensive sales, training, marketing and administrative support for Vestcor Communities throughout the State of Florida. She also leads Vestcor Realty Management, Inc., the company’s property management arm, which manages The Carling and 11 East Forsyth in downtown Jacksonville and The Concorde commercial office buildings in Jacksonville.
Prior to her appointment as vice president of JDR Realty and Vestcor Realty Management, Mrs. Hoover worked for Vestcor Communities in both sales and development.
Mrs. Hoover is a graduate of Vanderbilt University in Nashville and received her Florida Real Estate Broker’s license in 2006.
Her community involvement currently includes serving as a committee member for the Shands Trauma One Fundraiser, a member of IMPACTjax, NAIOP of Northeast Florida and serving on the Board of Directors for Downtown Vision.
