Vestcor Development Corporation, Inc.
Steve Frick is responsible for the development, financial, and administrative operations of Vestcor Development Corporation, Inc. With over 20 years of experience in the housing-finance industry, his responsibilities include regional affordable-housing development activity under the Housing Credit and Mortgage Revenue Bond programs, as well as other financing programs that assist in the creation of affordable multifamily rental communities.
Mr. Frick is also a licensed Florida real-estate and mortgage broker. Prior to joining Vestcor, he served as Senior Vice President for First Housing Development Corporation of Florida, where he was responsible for the origination and closing of government and conventional multifamily developments.
He has also served as Vice President for Alpine Mortgage Group and First Union Mortgage Corporation. His responsibilities at First Union included the management of the Income Property Division throughout the state of Florida.
Originally from New Orleans, Mr. Frick is a graduate of Tulane University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in economics. He has also served in the United States Navy as a naval aviator.
Mr. Frick is a past board member of the Holy Family Catholic Church, Deerwood Country Club, and the San Jose Athletic Association.
